Yes, you may make the sender anonymous provided that you select the option "Send anonymously" when placing the order.
No names are printed on the vouchers, aside from those that are written in your message for the recipient.
Most of our vouchers are valid for 24 months.
In some cases, we sell limited-time vouchers that have shorter redemption periods.
Please check the product page on our website and the validity period found on the voucher to see more information regarding your voucher’s validity.
Availability depends on the product.
If you have already received your voucher, you can see the provider’s address(es) where you may redeem the voucher.
We are only a platform for our different partners, all availability information is held directly by them and not by Potico. The majority of our vouchers are valid for 24 months. However, we are more than happy to contact them on your behalf to check if a specific date is available.
Simply let us know which product you’re interested in, along with your preferred date(s), and location and we can check this for you.
Please note that we are unable to reserve any dates with the partner so we can’t guarantee the date will still be available when you come to book. For this reason, we recommend purchasing your voucher and booking a date as soon as possible.
We advise that you contact the provider before redeeming your voucher especially those that are redeemed at the provider’s branches or physical shops. Also, we suggest that bookings are made as far in advance as possible to avoid disappointment.
Yes, you may schedule when the digital gifts will be sent to the recipient provided that you selected “Someone else’s email” when buying the product.
Our vouchers are usually for one to two people only. However, if you prefer to add more people, you can purchase more vouchers and just inform the provider when booking that you are going to use multiple vouchers that you like to book together.
Please be aware that this will be subject to availability.
In the unfortunate event that you cannot find a suitable location for you to redeem your voucher, please contact our Customer Service team and we will convert your voucher to one that you can use to purchase from FlowerStore and Potico.
To cancel your order, you may send us an email at contact@potico.ph, call us at (02) 8539 1488, or reach us via Facebook chat. Please include your order number and the reason for cancellation if you choose to contact us through email or Facebook chat.
