We guarantee your satisfaction! If in the unlikely case that you are not satisfied with the condition of any of our items, please contact us within 24 hours and include the photos of the item delivered and we will gladly replace it.

Once the order has been dispatched from our warehouse or already in transit, we do NOT accept cancellations under any circumstances.
For REFUNDS:
For debit or credit card payments, you will be refunded the price amount associated with the reported case. Crediting of refunds will be processed according to your banking institution's terms and conditions.
Due to the perishable and/or personalized nature of some of our product/s, if the item/s are:
1) not accepted by the recipient because of some factors that we have no control over, item/s will be considered sold, or,
2.1) [for order/s fulfilled by FlowerStore] attempted to be delivered 3 times but the recipient is still not available within the delivery date, we will require an alternative address to drop or receive the item/s and return/exchange will not be processed.
2.2) [for orders fulfilled by our partners] attempted to be delivered once but the recipient is not available. The courier will return the undelivered item to our partner's location while we wait for the new delivery instructions within the delivery date. Redelivery fees may be collected from the customer and return/exchange will not be processed.
